Here are serveral directions for your convenience:
From Garden State Parkway: Exit 165 to Oradell Ave. Continue
to 4th traffic light, turn left
onto Kinderkamack Rd (also named Bergen County Route 503) for 2.3
miles. At traffic light, turn right onto Old Hook Road (also called
Bergen County Route 502), which will become High Street. Continue
on High Street until you come to the Museum on the right side shortly
after crossing over Knickerbocker Road. (3.8 miles after right
turn onto Old Hook Road/ Route 502).
From NY State Thruway: Exit 135 (Palisades Interstate Parkway
South), Palisades Parkway to Exit 2 and turn left, on Route 9W South
go ½ mile to Closter Dock Road. Right onto Closter Dock Road
(also named Route 502) and thru two traffic lights, following bend
to the right. At blinker turn left onto High Street (also named
Route 502). Go thru one light past St. Mary School, Museum is just
beyond school on left.
From Route 17: Take Ridgewood Ave. Exit to Oradell Ave.
Then follow directions from Garden State Parkway above.
From Route 4: Teaneck Rd. exit (heading toward Bergenfield).
Continue for approx. 10 miles. Road will change names to Washington
Ave., then Schraalenberg Rd. At traffic light at Old Hook Road turn
righ (also named Route 502). This road name changes to High Street.
Continue on High St. until you cross over Knickerbocker Rd., you
will round a bend and be at the Museum on your right.
From Route 80: Garden State Parkway north exit in Saddle
Brook. Follow directions above for Garden State Parkway.
Note: The museum is on Route 502,
locally known as High Street.
